摘要 非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)是一种遗传-环境-代谢应激相关性疾病,其发病机制尚未完全明确,其中氧化应激对于NAFLD的发生发展起着关键作用.本文对NAFLD与氧化应激及其相关影响因素(如线粒体、微粒体、脂质过氧化、解偶联蛋白-2)作一综述. Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD） is a genetic-environmental-metabolic stress related disease, with its pathogenesis not completely elucidated, whereas oxidative stress plays a major role in the occurrence and development of NAFLD. This article provides a brief review on the role of oxidative stress in NAFLD and its related factors such as the mitochondria, microsomes, lipid peroxidation and uncoupling protein -2.
