青光眼滤过术后异常滤过泡的临床治疗观察

Therapeutic effect observation of dysfunctional filtering blebs after filtering operation of glaucoma

目的探讨青光眼滤过术后异常滤过泡的特点及处理方法。方法对我院2006年1月至2007年12月青光眼滤过术后26例(26只眼)异常滤过泡进行回顾性分析。结果25只眼异常滤过泡经治疗后转化为功能性滤过泡(眼压控制在正常水平)。结论青光眼术后滤过泡功能障碍通过及时正确处理,可使大部分非功能性滤过泡转化为功能性滤过泡,提高手术成功率。

Objective To explore the characteristics and treatment of dysfunctional filtering blebs after anti - glaucoma filtering operation. Methods We performed a retrospective analysis on 26 cases of dysfunctional blebs after anti - glaucoma operation from Jam 2006 to Dec 2007. Results 25 cases of dysfunctional filtering blebs were tranaformed to functional blebs （ the intraocular pressure was controlled at normal level）. Conclusion A majority of dysfunctional filtering blebs can be transformed to functional blebs after treatment in time, thus the success rate of anti-glaucoma operation was raised.
