二期后房型人工晶状体缝线固定术治疗晶状体玻璃体切除术后无晶状体眼的临床观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨二期后房型人工晶状体缝线固定术治疗晶状体玻璃体切除术后无晶状体眼的手术技巧及疗效。方法对18例(均为单眼)晶状体、玻璃体切除术后无晶状体眼行二期后房型人工晶状体缝线固定术患者进行回顾性分析,探讨手术疗效、技巧及术后并发症。术后随访时间3~5个月。结果18只眼中,17只眼一次悬吊成功,1只眼发生人工晶状体偏位。1只眼角巩膜切口漏,1例出现前房、玻璃体出血伴一过性眼压升高。术后视力提高16只眼(88.9%),视力不提高2眼(11.1%),无视力下降者。结论二期后房型人工晶状体缝线固定术为晶状体玻璃体切除术后无晶状体眼患者的屈光矫正提供了有效可行的方法,熟练的手术技巧和术中稳定的眼内压是手术成功的保证。 Objective To examine the operative technique and its curative effece of secondary PC-IOL implantation with suture fixation to treat aphakic eye after lentectomy and vitrectomy. Method Through the retrospective analysis of the 18 patients ( all for the single eye) who was implanted PC-IOL secondarily with suture fLxation at ciliary sulcus to examine the operative effect, technique and postoperative complication. The postoperative follow-up period is 3 - 18 months. Result In the 18 patients, the 17 patients were successful in suspension once, and the 1 patient was of the IOL displacement. The 1 patient was of the comeoscleral leakage, and the 1 patient was of the anterior chamber, vitreous hemorrhage and transitionally increased tension. The visual acuities (88.9% ) of the 16 patients were increased and the visual acuities ( 88.9% ) of the 2 patients ( 11.1% ) weren' t increased and no were decreased. Conclusion Secondary PC-IOL implantation with suture fixation provides the practicable and effective method for the refractive correction of the patients of aphakic eye after the lensectomy and vitrectomy. The skilled operative technique and the stable intraocular tension in operation are the warranty to ensure a successful operation.
