摘要
近年来,涌现了大量的眼前节生物测量及分析系统,广泛应用于眼视光学、准分子激光手术、白内障摘除及人工晶状体植入手术、青光眼的早期诊断以及眼前节的生物参数的测量等方面。国内外很多仪器都能定量的进行眼前节生物测量。本文中对各种不同生物测量仪器的原理、特点、技术优势和限制,以及在眼科领域中的最新应用做一综述。
Anterior segment imaging and analysis system is widely used in rapidly advancing field of ophthalmology, especially in optics, exeimer laser surgery, cataract surgery and early diagnosis of glaucoma. Many instruments either from domestie or from abroad can make quantitive analysis of anterior segment. In the following article we describe the mechanism of the newer instruments, like Pentacam-Seheimpflug, anterior segment OCT, Orbsean topograghy , IOL master and ultrasound biomicroseopy (UBM ) , their character, their technique advantage and also the limitation. We also review the literature on their imaging capabilities and clinical applications, with an emphasis on the difference of those instruments.
