突发性聋药物治疗过程中的不良反应分析

Analysis on the side effects of medical therapies used for the treatment of sudden hearing loss

目的分析突发性聋治疗用药的安性问题。方法回顾性分析2002年2月-2007年5月住院治疗的突发性聋241例（255耳），分析用药相关各种不良反应的发生时间、症状表现、诊断和处理情况。结果241例患者中，共发生各种不良反应67例（28％），其中严重不良反应5例（2％），轻中度不良反应62例（26％）。严重不良反应包括急性循环衰竭、急性心动过速、房颤、抑郁症发作、应激性溃疡；轻中度不良反应有腹胀、腹痛，面部充血，头痛，全身皮疹，顽固性呃逆等。结论突发性聋药物治疗过程中的不良反应并不少见，重者可能危及患者生命，必须强调安全用药。

Objection To analyze the safety in the medical therapies for the treatment of sudden hearing loss based on a clinical trial on the side effects associated with their therapeutic course. Methods A retrospective study was carried out among 241 cases （255 ears） with sudden hearing loss treated in our Hospital from Feb. 2002 to May, 2007 through a careful analysis on their clinical data to sum up the associated factors with the occurring time course, symptoms manifesting, diagnosis and treating procedures of the side effects associated with theft medical therapies. Results Among these 241 cases, 67 （28%） were observed with side effects occurred during the medical treating course at various degrees of severity. The most severe side effects were seen among 5 patients （2%）, including such reaction as acute circulatory collapse, acute pyknocardia, atrial fibrillation, depression attacking and stress ulcer, while the mild to moderate degrees of severity of side effects seen among 62 patients （26%）, including such reaction as abdominal distention, abdominal pain, facial congestion, headache, rash all over the body, refractory hiccough and so on. Conclusions It is not uncommon to see such side effects occurring during the medical treating course for sudden hearing loss in clinical practice, possibly lethal for the case when a very severe side reaction occurred. Therefore, paid should be a close attention to the safety of medical therapy for such a condition.
