摘要 根据安钢100 t电弧炉炼钢用氧历史数据,并选取最有代表性的钢种Q235B一个月的冶炼数据作为样本,运用数据挖掘技术的模糊聚类算法,通过VB编程语言实现对样本的聚类,对电弧炉炼钢集束氧枪用氧进行分析,提出并建立了优化用氧规则表,得到对生产有指导意义的用氧规则。 Based on historical oxygen-consuming data in ANGANG 100 t EAF steelmaking process and by selecting one-month datum obtained in smelting the most representative steel grade of Q235B as specimen, the analysis is made hereunder regarding oxygen injection with lance by means of Fuzzy Clustering Algorithm with data mining and using VB programming language for clustering specimens. The rules table which can be used as a significant guidance in production is established to optimize the oxygen injection.
