摘要
研究了渗碳工艺对TC4微观组织的转变规律和表面强化的最佳工艺,特别是不同渗碳工艺中热处理温度及时间对TC4显微组织的影响。结果表明,TC4原始组织均匀致密,晶粒细小,无宏观缺陷;在不同温度下进行渗碳工艺,钛合金TC4硬度随渗碳温度的升高而降低,相同温度下随时间的延长硬度无明显变化,分析得出500℃、1 h预处理和800℃、4 h渗碳处理为最佳的渗碳工艺。
The transition regulation of micro-structure and the best technique of surface peening for TC4 of carbonization techniques were investigated in this paper. Especially the influences of microstructure on different heat-treatment temperatures and times in different carbonization techniques. The results shown that the microstructure of original state TC4 was uniform and continuous, with fine particles and nothing macro-defects. In different carbonization techniques, the hardness was declined as the temperature was increased. In the same temperatures, as the holding times were prolonged, the hardness wasn't changed, by analysis the best technique of surface peening of carbonization techniques was pretreatment (holding 1 h at 500 ℃ ) and then carbonization (holding 4 h at 800 00 ).
