摘要 采用ProCAST软件对Al-4%Cu合金的充型和凝固过程进行了动态模拟及温度场分析,得到了充型过程的速度矢量分布图、初始温度场和不同时刻的温度场分布图,动态模拟出了充型的全过程。模拟结果形象地反映出铸造过程中的充型情况和温度场的变化过程。 The ProCAST software process of the Al-4%Cu casting. is chosen to simulate the filling The velocity vector distribution process and the solidification of filling process, the initial temperature and the temperature field distribution of casting are gained, and the whole filling process is dynamic simulated. The simulation result has reflected the flow and the temperature change in the casting process.
