SLS原型蜡模代替压型蜡模的可行性研究

Feasibility Study on SLS Prototype Wax Pattern Instead of Die Wax Pattern

为了通过使用熔模铸造工艺实现快速、低成本而又柔性地生产单件或小批量精密铸件,进行了SLS原型蜡模代替熔模铸造蜡模的研究。结果表明,SLS原型蜡模在灰分、与水玻璃的润湿性以及涂覆性方面都能达到熔模铸造的要求,并通过实例证实SLS原型蜡模代替熔模铸造蜡模是可行的,具有大的推广前景。

In order to rapidly, cheaply and flexibly produce single or low-volume precision castings by investment casting, technology of SLS Prototype Wax Pattern instead of Die Wax pattern was investigated in the paper. The results showed that the ash content of SLS prototype wax pattern, its wetting property with water glass solution and its paintability with water glass slurry agreed with the technical requirements for investment casting. It was feasible to replace die wax pattern with SLS prototype wax pattern. It has also great spreading prospect.
