结肠透析联合中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Retention Enema by Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Colonic Dialysis in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

目的观察结肠透析联合中药保留灌肠辅助治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法对61例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为实验组31例与对照组31例,对照组采取传统中药保留灌肠,实验组用结肠透析仪行结肠灌洗、再行中药保留灌肠治疗。结果实验组治疗总有效率优于对照组(p<0.05);肠道内药物保留时间优于对照组(p<0.05)。结论结肠透析联合中药保留灌肠可提高全结肠溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of retention enema by traditional Chinese medicine combined with colonic dialysis. Methods 61 patients, with UC were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The control group was treated by retention enema with traditional Chinese medicine. The experimental group was treated by colonic dialysis and retention enema with traditional Chinese medicine. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly longer than that in the control group （p 〈 0.05） ; The drug retention time in the experimental group was significantly longer than that in the control group （p 〈0.05）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of retention enema with traditional Chinese medicine combined with colonic dialysis is much better.
