摘要 PBL(problem-Based Learning)为"基于问题式学习"的教学方法。PBL教学方法的特点:以学生为教学活动主体代替以教师为教学活动主体。PBL教学方法的核心:以"提出问题,建立假设,收集资料,讨论假设,总结"的五阶段教学新方法代替传统教学方法。临床外科实习PBL方法总体是把临床小讲课的重点从"以专业知识为中心",转移到"以问题为中心",教学活动的主体从"以教师为中心",转移到"以学生为中心"。 PBL is referred to a "problem-based learning" teaching method. The characteristic of PBL is a model of student-centered instead of teacher-centered during teaching activities. The core of PBL is five phases of teaching me.thods including "proposing questions, establishing a hypothesis, gathering information, discussing and summing up" to replace the traditional teaching methods. For PBL methods of clinical surgery practice, emphasis of small lectures should be transferred from the "professional knowledge-centered" to "problem-centered," and center of teaching activities should be transferred from the "teacher - centered" to "student - centered".
