山莨菪碱对大鼠脑损伤后急性肺损伤PACAP的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨山莨菪碱对大鼠颅脑损伤后发生急性肺损伤时血浆及肺组织匀浆中垂体腺苷酸环化酶激活肽(PACAP)含量变化的影响。方法通过放射免疫分析(RIA)方法测定脑损伤大鼠脑组织血浆及肺组织匀浆PACAP含量以及应用山莨菪碱后血浆、肺组织匀浆的PACAP含量。结果大鼠脑损伤组血浆及肺组织匀浆中PACAP含量明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),山莨菪碱治疗组血浆及肺组织匀浆中PACAP含量明显降低(P<0.01)。结论血浆及肺组织匀浆中PACAP含量增高可能是脑损伤后急性肺损伤过程的一个重要因素,山莨菪碱通过降低血浆及肺组织中PACAP含量发挥对颅脑损伤后急性肺损伤的保护作用。 Objective To observe the effects of anisodamine on the levels of pituitary adenylate cyclase activating polypeptide (PACAP) in the plasma and lung homogenate in rats during acute pulmonary injury post brain trauma. Methods The levels of PACAP in the plasma and pulmonary homogenate after brain trauma and after administrationwith anisodamine were determined by radioimmunoassay (RIA). Results Levels of PACAP in the plasma and pulmonary homogenate of rats with brain trauma were obviously higher than that in normal control group ( P 〈 0. 01 ), but they were significantly lower than that in anisodamine group ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Increase of PACAP in the plasma and pulmonary homogenate may be related to the lung injury after brain trauma. Anisodamine can exert protective effect on acute brain injury by reducing the level of PACAP in the plasma and pulmonary homogenate.
