摘要
本文对某大型化工企业的人力资源进行研究,以调查数据为基础,结合企业人力资源3P理论,以AMOS6.0为软件工具,建立并验证了一套人力资源管理整体能力的结构方程模型。实证表明此结构方程模型可行的,并诊断出该企业人力资源管理的问题,为进一步改善该企业人力资源管理提供了可参考的建议。
This paper makes a study on the human resource of a large chemical enterprise. Emphasis is put on establishment and verification of a comprehensive analysis system for human resources management capacity through structural equation modeling, based on survey data, combined with HR 3P theory, and with software tool AMOS6.0. Empirical test shows this method is viable. The companies can find the existing problems in the management,which will provide reference for further human resources management improvement.
