The telecommunication enterprise is the informationization construction main army, the support entire society informationization foundation. The network fusion has become inevitably, the telecommunication enterprise should hold the fusion opportunity,the promotion telecommunication enterprise＇s informationization construction, then impetus entire society＇s informationization. This article introduced to the informationization the understanding, the analysis telecommunication enterprise informationization characteristic as well as the present situation,put forward the proposal in view of the telecommunication enterprise informationization.
