富裕农民执掌村务对农村基层民主政治的影响

随着改革开放的深入发展，我国农村出现了一个相对富裕的农民阶层。转型期的社会、尚待完善的村民自治制度，客观上加速了该阶层进入乡村政治领域的步伐。在农村政治生活中占据主导地位的他们，由于有着自己特殊的经济、政治需要，对我国农村基层民主政治发展的消极影响也就不可避免。本文从五个方面提出了消除其不良影响的对策。
