摘要
时间管理倾向作为一项重要的人格因素,对学业成就产生重要影响。本研究采用问卷法对160名海南成绩优秀的高一学生进行了研究,结果表明:(1)性别因素对于海南成绩优秀的高一学生的时间管理不大,不存在显著差异。(2)不同成绩水平的海南高一学生在时间效能方面存在显著差异。这表明时间管理是调节学生学习成绩的重要因素。
As an important personality factor, time management disposition plays an important part in academic achievement. Through questionnaire survey on the 160 outstanding students of grade one of high school in Hainan, we found that: (1)In terms of gender factors, there is no significant difference among excellent high-score students. (2)In terms of time efficacy , there are significant differences among different levels of score performance. This indicates that the time management is an important factor in students achievement.
