行气祛痰化浊中药对血小板聚集性红细胞变形性及血液粘度作用初探

Research on Effect of TCD for Promoting Qi Flow,Removing Phlegm & Resolving Turbid Pathogens to Platelet Aggregation,RBC Deformability & Blood Viscosity

根据中医传统理论，采用家兔体外实验方法，选取５种临床上常用的行气祛痰化浊类中药，就其对血小板聚集性、红细胞变形性及血液粘度的作用进行了初步研究，对照药物为丹参。结果表明，抑制血小板聚集方面，药物高浓度时，枳实较丹参作用更为显著（Ｐ＜０．０５），石菖蒲与丹参作用相似（Ｐ＞０．０５）；增强红细胞变形能力方面，枳实比丹参作用更为显著（Ｐ＜０．０１），石菖蒲、厚朴作用与丹参相似（Ｐ＞０．１）。本结果为临床上此类中药的应用提供了较客观的实验依据，并说明行气祛痰化浊中药在探索防治心脑血管疾病新药方面有深入研究的价值。

Based on TCM theory ,5 kinds of common used TCM drugs for promoting Qi flow,removing phlegm and resolving turbid pathogens were selected.With the method of external experiment in rabbits,the effect of the drugs for platelet aggregation,RBC deformability and blood viscosity was studied,and Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae was served as control.The result showed that,for inhibiting platelet aggrebation,in high concentration,the effect of Fructus Aurant Immaturus was more obvious than that of control drug (P<0.05),while that of Rhizoma Acori Graminei was similar to that of control drug(P>0.05).For improving RBC deformability,the effect of Fructus Aurant Immaturus was more obvious than that of control drug(P<0.01)while that of Rhizoma Acori Graminei and Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis was similar to that of control drug(P>0.1).The result furnishes the objective evidence for the clinical use of these drugs.It indicates that the TCM drugs for promoting Qi flow,removing phlegm and resolving turbid pathogens is valuable for the research of new drugs,for the prevention and treatment of cardiocerebral vascular diseases.
