论现代汉语对英语外来词的吸收与使用

On the Assimilation and Use of English Loanwords in Chinese

一个民族语言借用、吸收另一民族的词语，是语言的普遍现象。历史上汉语在自身的发展中，很早就有吸收外民族词语的传统，并在不同时期借鉴和吸收了许多外来词。外来词的大量涌入，一定程度上改变了现代汉语的面貌。有些外来词经过吸收、融合和同化，人们在长期的使用之后甚至感觉不到它们是来源于外民族的语言。本文分析探讨了现代汉语借用和吸收外来词的途径和方式，分析了新形势下现代汉语在外来词影响下出现的一些新现象，并对当今社会大量使用外来词的现象做了简要的分析。

The assimilation and use of loanwords is a natural phenomenon in the development of a national language. By analyzing the ways in which Chinese assimilate and use loanwords from English, the author points out that we should take an open-minded attitude towards the wide use of loanwords in modern society.
