思想政治教育的理念，不仅是构建思想政治教育学科理论体系的基石，而且是实现思想政治教育的关键，它直接制约着教育的内容、方式，进而影响教育对象对教育内容的接受程度，教育效果的实现程度。新时期新形势下，考虑到大学生的接受能力和心理认同程度，高校思想政治教育要围绕着人的全面发展彰显人文关怀的教育理念，这样做有助于增强思想政治教育的实效性。

The conception of ideological and political education is not only the stone of building subject, but also the key to the content and effecting of ideological and political education. Under the new situation, taking into account of college psychology, college＇ ideological and political education should form the conception of Humanistic concern aiming at student＇ all-round development.
