怎样使日记发挥最大的效用呢？笔者试着把系统论的观点引入日记训练，即把写作的知识列成一棵知识树，日记训练就是不同知识点的训练，设计日记训练系列，改变以往日记的随意性，使之成为一种有目的、有计划、有步骤进行的写作训练活动。
