校长是学校的领导者、组织者、管理者，是一校之魂。校长专业水平的高低，很大程度上，决定了学校管理水平的高低。可以说，一个好校长就是一所好学校，只有实现校长专业化，才能提高学校的管理效能，才能促进学校的优质发展，才能带领学校在教育改革的大潮中从成功走向辉煌。
