近年来，以就业为导向的办学思路已成为众多中等职业学校的共识，如何使中等职业教育的课程从定位、开发到实施均能满足就业需要，已成为职教领域研究的一项重要课题。本文结合我校的教育教学实践，就以就业为导向、以能力为本位的中职课程改革及实施作一些探讨。
