农业大于性规律对农村剩余劳动力转移的影响与作用——以昆明市官渡区中坝村为例

Influence and Effect of the Law of crop longer growing regularity on the Agricrltural Surplus Labor:A Case Study of Zhongba Village,Guandu District,Kunming

农村剩余劳动力转移问题在我国当前形势下显得异常突出和严峻。充分认识和应用农业大于性规律,对于有效推进农村剩余劳动力转移具有十分重要的意义。结合昆明市官渡区中坝村农村劳动力转移的现状,分析应用农业大于性规律面临的机遇,并提出实施农村劳动力"就地转移"战略,健全外出务工农民就业服务体系等建议。

The problem of transfer surplus labor force in rural is extremely severe and prominent in China, at present. To fully realize and use the law of crop longer growing regularity is significant to promote the transfer phenomenon. Combining with the status of Zhongba village, this paper analyses the opportunities of the law faced, puts forward the implementation of the strategy of ＂the transfer of inplace＂ and the suggestions of improving the employment service system.
