摘要
以云南农业大学为例,通过对非民族院校少数民族学生关系最密切的学习、生活、思想、经济状况、心理、培养目标、民族习惯、宗教信仰、人际关系等方面的调查,发现非民族院校少数民族学生思想具有学习刻苦,求知欲望强烈,但文化基础薄弱;知识面窄,贫困生人数多、比例高,族别覆盖面广;民族自尊意识强,但心理脆弱,容易产生心理失衡和自卑;渴望广泛社交,但又存在闭锁式心理等的心理特点。
Based on a case study of Yunnan Agricultural University, investigating to personnel relation- ship, religious beliefs, national customs, educational goals, mentality, economic status, ideology, living, studying, of minority nationality students in non-minority nationality academy. Research discovered that the students are assiduous, but unsubstantial in cultural foundation. Many of them are poverty students. They are proud, but mental frailty, and they are eazy to give rise to mental unbalance and self-contempt. They thirst for social contaction abroadly, but they exist closed mental character.
