3-甲基-1-丁烯的分离工艺研究

摘要 通过脱轻、浓缩和精制可从戊烯流中分离回收3-甲基-1-丁烯。文章对3道精馏工序的回流比对精馏效果的影响分别进行了研究,探讨了塔顶馏出率对精馏工序整体分离效率的影响,确定了装置稳定运行的工艺条件:在脱轻塔的塔釜压力为0.35 MPa,同流比为11~15,塔顶馏出率为34%的操作条件下,3-甲基-1-丁烯收率达到98.18%;在浓缩塔的塔釜压力为0.20 MPa,回流比为25,塔顶馏出率为26%的操作条件下,3-甲基-1-丁烯收率为85.71%;在精制塔的塔釜压力为0.20 MPa,回流比为20~25,塔顶馏出率为26%的操作条件下,3-甲基-1-丁烯收率为78.18%,可得到纯度95%以上的3-甲基-1-丁烯产品,其总收率为65.79%。 3-methyl-1-butene can be separated and recycled from pentene flow through a series of processes as dehydrogenation, concentration and purification. This paper studied the effects of reflux ratio in the three procedures on the result of rectification respectively, discussed effects of tower top distillation rate on the integrated separation efficiency, and determined the process conditions ensuring stable operation of plant:on conditions that pressure at dehydrogenation tower bottom is 0. 35 MPa, reflux ratio is 11 - 15, and tower top distillation rate is 34%, the yield of 3-methyl-1-butene reaches 98.18%;on conditions that pressure at evaporating tower bottom is 0. 20 MPa, reflux ratio is 25, and tower top distillation rate is 26%, the yield of 3- methyl-l-butene is 85.71% ;on conditions that pressure at purification tower bottom is 0. 20 MPa,reflux ratio is 20 - 25 ,and tower top distillation rate is 26%, the yield of 3-methyl-1-butene is 78.18%, and 3-methyl-1- butene product with purity rate of over 95% can be produced,the total yield is 65.79%.
