超高压套管式冷却器泄漏原因分析和对策

Analysis on Leakage Causes of Ultra High Voltage Double Pipe Condenser and the Countermeasures

近几年来,中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司IPE高压聚乙烯装置超高压套管式冷却器泄漏现象逐渐增多。在此情况下,对历年来超高压冷却器的泄漏情况进行了统计,对泄漏的原因进行了分析,介绍了提高超高压冷却管使用寿命、预防泄漏发生的措施,并对冷却器的结构改进提出了建议。

In view of the increase of leakage of ultra high double pipe condenser （E-101） in 1PE plant of SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Co. , Ltd. in recent years, based on statistics of the leakage situation of ultra high condenser over the years, this paper analyzed the causes of leakage, introduced the measures for improving high condenser＇ s service life and preventing leakage from occurring. In addition, it also raised proposals for improving the structure of condenser.
