摘要 薄带铸轧技术取得了令人瞩目的进展,世界上已有多条薄带铸轧生产线接近工业化水平。重点介绍了美国纽柯Castrip、欧洲Eurostrip、韩国浦项Postrip、日本新日铁Hikari和我国宝钢Baostrip等薄带铸轧试验设备参数、试验钢种、主要技术和产能指标,分析了双辊薄带铸轧技术的工艺特点和存在的问题,展望了薄带铸轧技术的发展前景;比较冷轧、热轧和薄带铸轧工艺生产的薄带成本可知,用薄带铸轧产品替代冷轧产品,每吨钢可降低成本60~70美元。 Thin strip casting technology has made the amazing progress, and there are many production hnes closing to the industrial level. This article mainly introduces such as the parameters of the trial facility, the kind of trial steel, key technologies and the target of production capacity of Castrip at Nucor Steel in America, Eurostrip in Europe, Postrip at Posco in Korea, Hikari at Nippon steel in Japan and Baostrip at Bao Steel in China etc. The process feature of twin roll thin strip casting technology and the existing problems are analyzed, forecasting the future of thin strip casting technology. Comparing the production cost of cold rolled and hot rolled with thin strip casting technology, it will lower the cost for 60 dollars to 70 dollars per ton if the product produced by thin strip casting technology replaces the cold rolled product.
