摘要
本文对53例患者采用低能量He—Ne激光血管内照射（ILIB）治疗，并检测其治疗前后血液流变学改变。结果显示ILIB治疗后，血浆粕度（np）、全血粘度（nb）、还原粘度（nr）、红细胞变形系数（TK）、红细胞聚集系数（VAI）明显降低。说明ILIB治疗能明显改善血流变。
The differences of hemorrheology of 53 cases before and after treatment with In-travascular Laser Irradiation of Blood (ILIB) were observed. The results showed the plasma viscosity, Whole blood viscosity, erythrocyte de formability and index of red blood cell aggregation decreased significant-ly. The study suggests the ILIB could obvi-ously improve the hemorrheology.
