摘要
论述了我国合成氨尿素工业的生产特点、发展历程以及国内小型合成氨厂的生产现状和发展趋势;介绍了我国石化能源在开发、转化和创新方面的技术成果;从构建节能环保型氮肥工业的观念出发,论述了轻烃高温转化制取合成气联产氨醇醚工艺和粉煤气化配水电解氢创新工艺;建议以煤炭清洁转化制甲醇或合成氨尿素的CO2零排放生产技术作为我国氮肥企业节能减排、循环经济、生态文明的发展策略。
Author has discussed the production features and development progress of ammonia synthesis and urea industries in China as well as present development situation and development tendency for domestic small-sized ammonia synthesis plant ; has introduced the technical achievement of petrochemical energy in China from aspects of development, conversion and innovation ; from idea of establishing energy conversation and environment protection type nitrogen fertilizer industry, author has also discussed the innovational process in which synthetic gas was made from high temperature conversion of Right hydrocarbon in combinative production of ammonia-alcohol-ether process and pulverized coal gasification completed with hydrogen production from water electrolysis; has proposed that CO2 zero discharge production technology by which the methanol, ammonia synthesis and urea were produced from coal cleanness conversion, should be taken as developing strategy for energy conservation and discharge reduction, circulation economy, ecological civilization of nitrogen fertilizer enterprise in china.
