摘要 从工艺流程、催化剂装填和升温硫化、系统接气和生产运行等方面介绍了K8-11和QDB-04型CO耐硫变换催化剂在Shell粉煤气化制甲醇装置上的使用情况。分析和论证了试车过程中出现的问题,提出了改进措施。工业运行结果表明,这2种催化剂的搭配使用,能够适应较高汽气比、较高CO和较高压力的生产操作工况。 Author has introduced the application situation of the K8 - 11 and QDB -04 type CO anti-sulfur shift catalyst in plant of methanol produced from Shell pulverized coal gasification from aspects of process flow, catalyst filling and heating sulfurization, gas connecting to system and production running etc. , has analyzed and proved the problems existed during commissioning, has presented the improvement measures. Industrially running result indicates that the application of collocation of these two kinds of catalysts can be suitable for higher steam/gas ratio, and the production operation condition with higher CO and higher pressure.
