摘要
目的检测MUC1基因在不同类型乳腺癌组织中的表达水平,探讨其在乳腺癌诊断、转移和预后评价中的意义。方法采用免疫组织化学的方法检测了30例乳腺癌及30例正常乳腺组织中MUC1基因的表达水平。结果乳腺癌组织中MUC1基因的阳性表达率为80.8%,明显高于正常乳腺组织(8%)(P<0.05),不同病理类型的乳腺癌组织中MUC1基因的表达无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论MUC1基因在乳腺癌组织中的高表达是诊断乳腺癌的指标之一,可作为乳腺癌转移和预后的一项参考指标,在乳腺癌病理分型的诊断方面无明显的临床意义。
Objective To detect the expressed level of Mucin gene( MUC1 ) in variety classes breast cancer, and approach this sense for the diagnosis of breast cancer, the metastasis and the prognostic evaluation. Methods To contrast the expressed level of Mucin gene(MUC1 ) in 30 breast cancer with 30 normal mammary gland by means of immunohistochemistry. Results the rate of Mucin gene( MUC1 )expression in breast cancer is 80.8 %, it is higher than 8 % in normal mammary gland (P 〈 0.05). The expression of different patho-type of breast cancer is not difference ( P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion It is one proof of the breast cancer diagnosis that the expression of Mucin gene( MUC1 ) in breast cancer is high, and it is a referred index to estimate the cancerometastasis and prognosis, but it is not visible clinical sense to distinguish the patho-type of breast cancer.
