摘要
可调超伸展复位固定器用于治疗外伤性肩锁关节脱位。本文对肩胛骨和锁骨的力学原理进行分析。通过测量10例人体标本菱形肌和前锯肌与水平线的夹角及10例正常人肩胛骨序列X线片上肩胛骨的不同旋转角度并作力学计算与分析,得出以下结果:将复位器调整到上臂超外展至120°~130°时,通过肩关节周围肌肉的协调牵引,使脱位的锁骨下压,肩胛骨外旋,肩峰上举,实现肩锁关节的顺势复位和固定,从理论上证实可调超伸展复位固定器治疗肩锁关节脱位具有合理性、有效性和科学性。
Adjustable Superabduction reductionfixator can be used to treat traumatic acromioclavical joint dislocation. In this paper, author performed a dynamic analysis on the motion of scapula and clavicle. The angles between the horizontal line and rhomboideus muscle, and anterior serratus muscle in ten fresh cadavers, and the rotaiton angles of scapula in ten healthy adults on sequential roentgenogrames were measured and analyzed. The results showed that if the superabducent fixation was adjusted to keep the arms at 120°~130° of abduction the acromin lifed, so as to relocate and fix the dislocated joint. Conclusively, the approach of using adjustable superabducent reductionfixator to treat the acromioclavicular joint dislocation was rational, effective and scientific.
