摘要 为研究多喷嘴射流泵设计方法及结构参数对泵性能影响,提出了基于经验系数多喷嘴射流泵的设计方法,并设计了不同喷嘴参数的射流泵。采用试验方法对射流泵进行了特性测试,结果表明,喉管内部速度梯度较大,说明工作流体与被吸流体混合较快,验证了多喷嘴射流泵能够缩短喉管长度。采用粒子图像测速(PIV)技术,对4喷嘴射流泵的内部流场进行了测量,得到射流泵内部流场的速度和湍动能分布,结果表明喉嘴至喉管入口段径向速度梯度较小,轴向速度梯度较大。试验结果为多喷嘴的理论计算和合理设计提供了可靠的依据。 In order to study the method of multi-nozzle jet pump and the effect of structural parameters on pump performance, empiri- cal coefficient method for multi-nozzle jet pump is put forward, and jet pumps with different nozzle parameters are designed in this paper. The performance of the jet pump is tested by experiments and the results show that velocity gradient in throat is larger, which indicates that operating fluid mixes quickly with absorption fluid, and that the multi-nozzle jet pump which can shorten the length of nozzle-spacing is verified. Internal flow field of the jet pump with four nozzles is measured by PIV, and distribution of velocity and turbulent kinetic energy in the jet pump is obtained. The results show that velocity gradient is smaller from nozzle to the inlet of the throat, hut the axially velocity gradient is larger. The experiment results provide a reliable basis for a theoretical calculation and a reasonable design of the multi-nozzle jet pump.
