摘要
自１９９２年１０月～１９９６年５月行各种类型的截肢术４９例５０个肢体。对截肢原因和手术前后患者心理状态进行了调查分析，表明创伤和肿瘤是截肢最常见原因，患者手术前后多有焦虑、恐惧、悲观、自鄙心理。对截肢的适应证，术后功能重建、病人围手术期心理治疗和护理等问题进行讨论。
From October 1992 to May 1996, amputations were performed in 49 cases, 50 limbs. The causes of amputation and the psychical state of the amputee were investigated and analyzed. The result shows that trauma and malignant tumor are the main causes of amputation, many amputee feel anxious, fear, pessimistic and before and after the surgial procedure. The indication, functional reconstruction and psychological treatment of the amputee in the perioperative period were also discussed.
