摘要
针对固井质量优良的井因后续作业后出现套管环空带压的问题,提出采用固井质量综合评价、改进现有水泥浆体系、固井施工工艺和后续作业等方法来解决问题的技术思路。具体包括:运用预应力固井技术,克服水泥浆(石)的体积收缩;使用适当的旋转管柱和增大前置液的使用量来提高顶替效率;利用膨胀剂、纤维,稠化时间可调的柔性水泥浆体系来满足后续作业对固井质量的要求。试验表明,所采取的固井技术措施行之有效,能够保证固井质量,满足后续作业的需要。
Follow-up operations often cause casing annulus pressure buildup even in well cemented wells. To overcome this problem, comprehensive cementing evaluation, cement slurry improvement, cementing procedure improvement and follow-up operation improvement are recommended. Such as using pre-stress cementing technique to combat the volumetric shrinkage of cement stones, rotating work string and increase preflush fluid to improve displacement efficiency, using flexible cement slurry system which has expansion agents and fibers added and has adjustable thickening time to meet the requirements of follow-up operations. Through tests in wells, these measures are proved to provide good cementing quality meanwhile satisfying the needs of follow-up operations.
