摘要
用于管道泄漏检测的序贯概率比(SPRT)检验法,存在着备选假设难以确定和易发生检验延迟的缺陷。为此,提出了优化的多序贯概率比(M-SPRT)检验法,以检测各种泄漏所需时间的期望为目标函数来优化备选假设,并在此基础上对判决函数进行改进,同时给出泄漏量估计方法,最后利用Visual C++开发的泄漏检测软件对其进行实现,并使用真实数据验证了方法的可行性和实用性,弥补了常规SPRT法的缺陷,实现了自动、在线、快速地检测泄漏及估计泄漏量的目标。
The Sequential Probability Ratio Test (SPRT) method used for pipeline leakage detection has some disadvantages. For example, it is difficult to identify the alternative hypothesis and it tends to have pipeline leak detection delay problems. Therefore, an optimized method, Multi-Sequential Probability Ratio Test (M-SPRT), is presented, by which alternative hypothesis is optimized through the objective function for detection time expectation, and the decision function is improved. In addition, the leakage estimation method is presented. At last, this method was realized based on leakage detection software developed by Visual C++. Finally, the method is proved to be feasible and practical after verified by real data. It can offset the disadvantages of SPRT and can realize rapid and automatic leakage detection on line and can estimate leakage amount.
