车用天然气缠绕气瓶安全分析

发展天然气汽车符合国家节能与新能源汽车发展战略的要求,车用天然气缠绕气瓶是天然气汽车的重要专用装置。做好车用天然气缠绕气瓶的安全性分析,消除其安全隐患可为减少或杜绝车用气瓶发生重、特大安全事故提供保障。根据《车用压缩天然气钢质内胆环向缠绕气瓶》企业标准的有关规定,介绍了钢瓶的材料、设计、制造、力学性能试验和各种检测方法等,对车用天然气缠绕气瓶在设计、制造和使用中容易发生的安全隐患及原因进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决措施。

To develop natural gas vehicles is in line with national strategy on energy conservation and new energy vehicle development. A wrapped cylinder is an important device for natural gas vehicle. To well perform the safety analysis on the wrapped cylinders can eliminate safety hazards and reduce or avoid serious accidents. According to the requirement by Vehicle CNG Steel Liner Hoop-wrapped Cylinder, this paper introduces the material, design, manufacture, mechanical property test and various test methods of the steel cylinder. This paper studies on the safety hazards and reasons in design, manufacture and application of the wrapped cylinders. In addition, relevant countermeasures have been presented.
