摘要
为了发挥天然气的清洁、优质、高效、价廉等优势和制订获得最大效益的天然气营销方案,在分析天然气用户特性的基础上,在社会效益最大化的基础下,以追求经济效益最大化为目标函数,建立了天然气用户用气量分配优化数学模型。在将该优化模型分解成两个优化阶段后,采用单纯形算法求解了优化模型。算例应用结果表明,该模型和算法是可行和有效的,可用于指导天然气营销部门制订营销方案。
In order to develop the advantage of natural gas to highest degree and make out a most profitable project on natural gas trade, this study analyzed the characteristics of natural gas users, and then built up an optimization model of gas consumption amount allocation for natural gas users with best social effects and biggest economic returns as objective functions. This optimization model was obtained by the simplex method after being divided into two stages of optimization. The numerical examples show that this model and its mathematical algorithm are feasible enough for natural gas sales departments to make out best marketing programs.
