摘要
采用分散聚合的方法在等离子处理的聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)多孔膜上沉积聚苯胺(PANI)或苯胺共聚物进行亲水改性。通过拉曼光谱、扫描电镜、接触角等测试对比研究表明,苯胺共聚物与PANI有类似的化学结构,等离子处理使聚合历程的峰温提高,后期聚合速率增大,但处理时间不宜过长;PANI及其苯胺共聚物在PTFE膜表面的沉积都对PTFE膜亲水性有了良好的改观,苯胺共聚物亲水改性效果优于PANI的。
The hydrophilic modification of PTFE membranes by plasma treatment followed by polyaniline or aniline copolymer onto PTFE during dispersion polymerization was investigated. The results of Via Raman spectra ,SEM and contact test show that the chemistry structure of aniline copolymer is similar with polyaniline. Plasma treatment can increase the apex temperature and evening polymerization rate, surface structure can be destroyed during long plasma treatment. There is a good change on hydrophilic modification of PTFE membrane by depositing polyaniline or aniline copolymer, modification effect of aniline copolymer on PTFE membrane is superior to that of polyaniline.
