摘要
在风电成本构成与运行价值的技术经济分析中我们发现:由于目前风电设备价格较高而风电价格偏低,风电投资的经济性并不明显,但长期改善的空间很大;相反,由于风电项目运行的环境友好性和并网特性,越是在发展初期其价值就越明显。
By the techno-economic analysis on cost structure and operation value of the wind power project, we＇ ve discovered that the economy of investment on the wind power project is not obvious at present due to the high price of wind power equipments and the low price of wind power. But there is much space for improvement in the long term. On the contrary, the value of the wind power project will be more evident in the initial stage of development because of its environment-friendly operation and network synchronization.
