摘要
在不同的土壤含水量条件下,测定了萝卜幼苗叶片的水分状况、叶绿素含量、光合速率、蒸腾速率及呼吸强度等指标。结果表明:随着土壤含水量的降低,萝卜幼苗叶片的相对含水量和水势下降,而且离体叶片的保水力在自然气干时下降较快;叶片叶绿素含量、光合速率、蒸腾速率和呼吸强度也随着土壤含水量的降低都减小。土壤含水量在20%~25%时,萝卜幼苗对土壤干旱的适应性最强。
The physiological characteristics of radish seedling leaves were measured in different soil moisture content. Results showed that with the decrease in soil water content, the RWC and φw declined. The holding water ability of dis- j unct leaf declined, too. The content of chlorophyll, photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and respiration rates were decreased. When the relative soil moisture was 20%-25%, the radish seedlings were remarkably adapted to drought.
