加拿大阿尔伯塔省风能资源丰富,具有开发意向的风电装机容量已相当于其电力系统现有装机规模。大规模的风电并网将给系统运行带来巨大挑战。介绍了AESO针对风电出力变化和不确定性对系统运行的影响及应对措施所作的分析研究;和基于时域仿真的分析方法和模型;以及AESO制定的用于实施、协调各种应对措施的市场及运行框架和实施情况,包括帮助调度人员协调使用各种措施的实时运行决策辅助系统。
The interest in wind power development in Alberta, Canada nearly reaches its total system installation capacity, which presents a number of challenges for Alberta Integrated Electric System. This piper will present the related studies on wind power variability, uncertainty, their impacts on system operation and mitigation solutions; AESO' s simulation-based analysis methodology and model; the AESO' s Wind Power Integration Market & Operation Framework to implement and coordinate the use of different mitigation solutions, that including the real-time dispatch decision supporting system.
