摘要
针对传统抄表方式中的人为估抄、错抄、漏抄等问题,衡阳电业局建设了低压集中自动化抄表系统(简称集抄系统)。通过对每个低压用户安装电子载波表,利用电力载波及GPRS/CDMA通信方式自动采集计量数据,实现远程自动抄录、线损自动计算、远程通断电和负荷控制。该系统还具备与营销信息系统接口进行电量电费计算等多种功能,有效地提高了抄表数据的准确性、可靠性和公变台区线损数据的真实性,促进了营销管理水平的提高。
With a view to preventing electricity meter reading mistakes which often occur in the existing manual system, Hengyang Power Supply Bureau has built a low voltage centralized automatic electric meters data collecting system (LVCAEMCS) in which an electronic carder meter is installed at each LV consumer, and the power consumption data is sampled, collected and measured automatically by the power line carrier and the GPRS/CDMA telecommunications to realize remote automatic data collection, line loss calculation, connection or disconnection, and load control as well. The system also provides interfaces with the marketing information system for the purpose of electricity and tariff calculation, which effectively improves the accuracy and reliability of meter reading and the authenticity of the line loss within public substations areas, thus enhancing the overall power marketing management.
