摘要
对于同步建设烟气脱硫装置的发电工程,应统筹规划、统一设计发电的排烟和烟气脱硫设施,设置单一的风机排放烟气,达到运行可靠、调节快捷和经济安全的目的。以典型的600MW发电工程的设计数据为依据,对脱硫增压风机与锅炉引风机分别设置和合并设置2种方案进行技术比较和经济指标分析,论述锅炉引风机与脱硫增压风机合一的优势。
In order to attain reliable operation, rapid control, economical efficiency and safety, this paper proposes overall planning and unified designing for the flue gas discharge system and the flue gas desulfurization (FGD) system for the power plant project in which the FGD facilities are provided and constructed at the same time with the generation units, and it also puts forward the idea of a single fan to discharge flue gas. Based on the design data of a typical 600 MW plant project, the paper makes a technical and economic comparison of both the separated design and the unified design of the desulphurization booster fan and the boiler induced draft fan, elaborating on the advantages of the integrated design.
