Discussion on BOOM Pattern for Thermal Power Plant FGD and Suggestions on Related Policy Making

针对现有火电厂烟气脱硫设施出现的安装质量、运行效果、检修与维护的问题,武汉东湖高新集团股份有限公司提出了火电厂烟气脱硫BOOM(Build-Own-Operate-Maintain,建设-拥有-运行-维护)模式。介绍了烟气脱硫BOOM模式的特点及烟气脱硫公司以此种方式参与电厂烟气脱硫的优势,并提出了需要国家有关政策扶持的建议。

Dealing with the existing problems in the construction ＆ erection, operation, overhauling and maintenance of the thermal power plant FGD system, Wuhan East Lake Hi-Tech Group Co., Ltd. proposes the BOOM （ namely Build-Own-Operate-Maintain） pattern. The characteristics and advantages of the BOOM pattern are given together with some suggestions on the supporting policies from the government.
