摘要
简述了金融危机对无锡供电公司供电的影响,提出了供电企业当前经营发展应着重采取的应对措施:细化负荷预测,滚动调整地区电网规划,进一步完善电网结构,以满足不断增长的用电需求,解决局部电网"瓶颈"问题;积极推广预购电结算方式,加强自动化抄表工作,实行企业用户电费分次结算,以缩短电费结算周期,提高电费回收工作效率。
While describing briefly the influence of the financial crisis on the power retail of Wuxi Power Supply Company, this paper proposes the countermeasures the company should take at present which include refined load forecasting, timely adjusment of the regional grid planning and improvement of the grid structure so as to satisfy the growing power demand and break down local "bottle-necks" in some parts of the grid. With a view to raising the electricity charges recovery efficiency, these countermeasures also include active promotion of advance purchase settlement, strengthening of automatic electricity meter-reading, implementation of interim settlement at regular intervals for the electricity users to shorten the duration of settlement.
