本文梳理了有关文献和出土文字资料,介绍了山东地区关于早期盐业生产、盐政、制盐原料、方法、盐制品的流通区域以及盐业生产中心等情况。
Based on the historical documents and archaeological objects, the paper introduces the salt production and material, and system, circulation area and production center of the salt industry of the early period in Shandong province.
