The paper discusses that the history background, building form, tend towards and recovery function of the Great Wall of Qi state, the earliest one in China, and thinks the building of the Great Wall of Qi state was drawn on hard working and wisdom of the people in Shandong province and it becomes the symbol of the ancient civilization of Shandong province.
