梅钢3号烧结机烟气脱硫生产实践

Practice of Flue Gas Desulphurization of the №3 Sinter Plant in MEIGANG

在国家节能减排政策的推动下,梅钢3号烧结机增设了烟气脱硫系统。本文介绍了该脱硫系统的脱硫原理及工艺流程,对系统投运后的生产情况、运行效果以及运行成本进行了总结,并就目前存在的不足进行了讨论,同时提出了相应的改进建议。

Under the guidance of energy saving and SO2 emission reduction policy, a system of flue gas desulphurization has been established in No.3 sintering plant of MEISHAN iron and steel Co.. In this paper, the principle and process flow of the system of flue gas desulphurization were introduced, its production status was summarized and its running effect and cost were analyzed. At the same time, its shortages were also pointed out and some improvement suggestions were put forward.
