摘要
目的应用超声监视下实施疑难高危宫腔手术,进一步评价其安全性及疗效。方法收集2006年3月至2008年8月120例疑难高危宫腔病例,采用超声监视实施手术。结果全部病例手术获得成功,未发现损伤和其他并发症。结论应用超声监视施行疑难高危宫腔手术,疗效确切,且安全可靠。
Objective To determine the value and safety of the high - risk uterine cavity operation with ultrasonic monitoring. Methods One hundred and twenty cases that presented between Mar. 2006 to Aug. 2008 with high - risk uterine cavity diseases were underwent operation by ultrasonic monitoring. Results All cases with ultrasound guided operation were successful without any injury or complication. Conclusion It is a safe and effective way to perform high - risk uterine cavity operation with ultrasonic monitoring.
